SECONDARY => How to Apply => Common Application

The Common Application

Over 160 US colleges and universities are members of the Common Application group. The Common Application is a single application accepted by all of the member institutions. For an increasing number of colleges, the Common Application, with a supplement, is their application.

Completing the Common Application will save you a lot of time as you can complete it once and submit copies to all the colleges and universities to which you are applying.

You must check the colleges’ application information to establish whether supplements are required.
Copies of on-line forms and payment receipts must be submitted to the counselor by the 1 December deadline or earlier if applying under ED or EA.
For further information and the Common Application form, go to: www.commonapp.org
