Well done to everyone - swimmers, coaches and parents - who all helped to contribute to the Torpedoes success!

Next season:

Training starts in the beginning of August for those of you that are in Lusaka. The Torpedoes Handbook for next season has been updated and will be available to all families registering for the new season in August. Details regarding training levels and times, updated school records, ZASU calendar and a whole host of other pertinent information will be available in the new handbook.

Best wishes to our swimmers who are going to be actively swimming during the July school holidays - In preperation for the Sasolburg Winter Championships in South Africa.

Winter Training Program:
The winter training sessions are going well under Terry's guidance and supervision. In spite of daily temperatures dropping weekly, the pool blanket is coping quite adequately and so far, we have not yet had to get out the jars of Vaseline, the wetsuits and the double swim caps.

 

Cost: K100,000pp for the two months.
Times: Monday to Thursday from 15h00 to 16h00 and Fridays from 12h45 to 14h30.
