What I am excited about this week!
March Break! The school will be closed from 8-12 March for our March break and to celebrate Women’s Day and Youth Day. I hope that you are able to enjoy some rest and relaxation – much needed in these tumultuous times! We will resume classes on 15 March. After School Activities (ASA’s)! It has been fun to walk around the campus and see so many students actively participating in our ASA program. We are proud to have more than 50 activities on offer across the grade levels. Many thanks to the Activities Department and coaches for thinking outside the box to come up with activities that are both safe and engaging for our students. Please feel free to contact our Activities Department ([email protected]) if you have any questions or wish to inquire about any ASA spaces that are still available, which are listed later in this newsletter. Personal Project Expo! Congratulations to the Grade 10 students who shared their MYP Personal Projects last night. The Personal Project is a year-long undertaking that serves as the culmination of the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP). It was fun to travel from virtual room to virtual room to hear about all of the various projects. Our students took on some fascinating, engaging, and courageous projects. They have made us all proud. Congratulations to these young scholars, their faculty advisors, and the planning team that made this all possible! Comments are closed.
