From the Security Manager - ID Access Cards

17/8/2021

As the new school year kicks off most of you will be aware of the schools automated access barrier system at the entrance to the school. In order to access the school’s drop-off/pick-up zones and car parking areas you will need an ID Access Card. If you do not already have one, kindly do one of the following:
  1. While you are at the school and you have a little bit of time, could you pop into the IT department. The registering and picture-taking process is quick (3-5 minutes). We will ask you to write your name on a card as well as the names of your children and your relationship (parent/guardian/driver). We will also ask for the license plate numbers of vehicles that may be used to collect your children. Once this is done you will be notified when the cards are ready for collection.
  2. If you wish to send in your own photos, please ensure that:
  1. The photo must be in color and have a white background and includes the head and shoulders.
  2. The photo can be taken with a phone, however it is preferred that it be in JPEG format if possible.
  3. When sending in the photos, please indicate if the person is a parent/guardian or driver and the names of the parent/guardian/driver along with the students’ names and what grades they are in.
  4. Please add the license plate numbers of the vehicles being used to collect your children.
  5. You will be notified once the cards are ready for collection.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact James Burnett, the security manager, via email: security@aislusaka.org or if it is urgent, via phone at 0967039879.
