![]() We will soon begin our testing window for our MAP Growth spring assessments. Starting Monday, 6 May until Friday, 24 May all Grade 2 to Grade 10 students will complete another cycle of MAP Growth assessments in reading, math and language usage. The data we receive back as a school pertaining to students' progress help teachers to differentiated learning. Attached is a brief summary for parents new to MAP Growth from the Northwest Evaluation Association (NWEA) explaining what it is and how we use results. Remember, these assessments cannot be studied for as they are adaptive assessments, adjusting to each student's individual level. Please make sure that your child gets a full night's rest and eats a healthy breakfast in the morning, ready to show their best effort. At the close of the testing window, your child's MAP report will be shared with you via their ManageBac account. We will inform you when these reports are available. ![]()
