Primary Student-Parent-Teacher Conferences - please sign-up

The afternoons of Wednesday, 4 October and Thursday, 5 October will be dedicated to Student-Parent-Teacher Conferences (G1-G5) and Parent-Teacher Conferences (ELC-KG). This is an opportunity to learn about and be part of your child’s progress so far this year. 

For students in Grade 1-Grade 5, the conference format will be a three-way Student-Teacher-Parent conference focusing on specific learning goals. Please make sure your child attends the conference time.

In this half-day format, all students will attend regular classes in the morning on the 4-5 October. School dismissal will be at 12:00 on both days and there will not be any co-curricular activities on these days. 

Conference bookings will begin at 13:00 and conclude by 17:00 on both afternoons. In addition to a conference with your child’s homeroom teacher, all specialist and student support teachers will be available on both afternoons for additional conferences. Conferences will be scheduled for 15-minute slots and will be held either on-campus or virtually. This will be your choice as a family. Please select a conference time with your child’s teacher(s) by placing your child’s name in the box on this sign-up sheet. Once you have inserted your child’s name, please click the drop down option to indicate whether you will be attending the conference on campus or virtually. For any virtual conferences, teachers will set up a Google Meet and invite both parents. 

For families with students in G2AM and G4AVH, alternate conference slots will be communicated because the teacher will not be available for the designated times above. Ms. Andrea and Ms. Anne-Marie will be attending the AISA Conference during these dates.
