The AISL Virtual Primary Talent show is coming soon! The date is set for Friday, 24 September at 11:00. This show is to be a celebration of our many talents in G1-G5. There will be no prizes. Anyone who has the courage, persistence, and commitment to prepare an act is a winner! We hope we will be able to stage and live stream the Talent show in the Tiyende Pamodzi Theatre. However, we will be proceeding with a virtual audition process and will use the Seesaw Talent Show class to view and give feedback to our student performances. The Seesaw blog will be the showcase platform if a live Talent Show is not possible. In order for the show to be a success and to have as many performers as possible, we limit the time for each act to no more than one minute and a half (90 seconds). We also allow each student to be in only one act. The performance must be well prepared and be consistent (the same each time). Any lyrics of songs must be appropriate for our young audience. Lip-syncing is not allowed. While there is a submission feedback process, anyone who submits a well prepared video of 90 seconds with good quality audio and video will be a part of the Talent Show whether virtual or live. Online Performance Plans with a parent’s permission must be submitted by Monday, 23 August 2021. EACH performer must submit a plan. These forms have been posted to your child’s PA Seesaw journal.
