Spirit days: mark your calendar

4/5/2021

Next week, we will be having three spirit days in Primary school. All of them are optional participation. This is a way to spread some cheer and fun after a busy month of MAP Assessments, PYPX, and many other projects across Primary school. We are grateful for the initiation and organization by three of our students in G4BM to make this happen: Noelle, Cora and Sophia. Please note the following dates and guidelines for the three spirit days:

Monday, 10 May: Pajama Day
  • Your child is welcome to wear his/her pajamas on this day.
  • Your child’s pajamas should fit well enough and be comfortable enough for him/her to fully participate in the school day.
  • Regular shoes are required. Please do not send your child in slippers.
  • If your child has PE, he/she can wear the PE kit under the pajamas or bring the kit to change into.
  • Please leave all stuffed animals at home.

Wednesday, 12 May: Twin or Triplet Day
  • Your child can choose to dress alike with a friend(s).
  • Simple colors, clothing, and/or matching hair is the aim.
  • Please do not purchase anything new.
  • If your child has PE, he/she can wear the PE kit over the other clothes or bring the kit to change into.

Friday, 14 May: Crazy Hair Day
  • This is a chance to shape or color your hair into a crazy style.
  • Have fun and be creative!

Below are some slides created by Cora, Noelle and Sophia that they presented at PALS for both Lower and Upper Primary. They have also hung posters around the school to remind the students. We look forward to seeing the creativity next week!
