Student/Parent/ Teacher (STP)

As we are moving more towards normalcy, we will be offering a hybrid structure for our Semester 1 STP conferences.. The dates will be 13 - 14 October and we will run two sessions each day, one session reserved for online and one session reserved for on-campus conferences. 
Due to On-campus conferences are restricted to one parent per child.
Please note that sessions are limited to 9 participants per grade level per session. This is to allow an opportunity across the four sessions to accommodate every student, as well as spreading students throughout the four sessions for safety. 
 
We will be sharing the sign up sheet in an email to all secondary parents at the beginning of next week, and also in next week’s Leopard’s Tale.
 
These conferences are intended to be opportunities for students to interact with both their parents and teachers simultaneously and demonstrate ownership of their development. The conferences are:

• Student-led
  
• Informed by students’ progress in their Approaches to Learning (ATL) development
  
• Growth-oriented
  

 
Secondary will run the following schedule on the 13th and 14th of October. Please note that pick up will begin at 12:00 on those days and that buses will run after the 12:00 release time (same as Primary), and no students should be on campus between when the buses leave (a little after 12:00) and 2:45 PM, when the on-campus sessions begin).
