​Change to Picture-taking Process for Parent/Driver ID’s

As we announced before the Festive Break, the next step in our campus security upgrades will be to commission the boom-gates at the entrance of the school.  Drivers will need a proximity card in order to access the school’s drop-off/pick-up zones and parking areas. These cards will also serve as picture ID badges for all campus access when we start to gradually reopen the campus.
 
Due to the current COVID-19 situation in Lusaka, we have temporarily suspended our on-site picture taking. At this point, we encourage you to send your photos by email to [email protected].

If you wish to send in your own photos, please ensure that:

• The photo is passport style, in that there must be a white background and it should include the head and shoulders.  If you have long hair, please pull it back (this makes working with the photo much easier for our technicians);
• The photo is in JPEG format, preferably. Photos taken with a phone are fine;
  
• When emailing the photo, please note whether the person is a parent/guardian or driver and include the name of the parent/guardian/driver along with the students' names in the email; and
  
• Please add the licence plate numbers of the vehicles being used to pick up and drop off the student(s).
