The BA (Hons) in Architecture at the University of Manchester is ranked 7th in the world and 2nd in the UK for Architecture (QS University Rankings by Subject 2019). Architecture sits within the Manchester School of Architecture - a unique collaboration between the University of Manchester and its neighbour, Manchester Metropolitan University. This allows students to use the workshops and studios, study spaces and students' unions across both campuses.

The course is appraised by the Architects Registration Board (ARB) and the Royal Institute for British Architects (RIBA), and allows students to take the first step to becoming an architect: allowing graduates to gain exemption from Part 1 of the ARB and RIBA professional qualifications. www.man.ac.uk
