What I’m excited about this week…
You Can Still See the IB DP Visual Arts Exhibition! If you missed this week’s grand opening, there is still a chance for you to see the Diploma Program Visual Arts Exhibition. We will keep the Palm Pavilion open from 07:30-15:30 (13:00 on Friday) until 12 April. You really should see this exhibition. Please go and enjoy the extraordinarily high standard of artwork created by our DP students. I truly believe that you will be amazed. Congratulations to our scholar-artists and their teacher, Ms. Laurey Nevers. Kits4Kids! Please see the flyer elsewhere in this newsletter for the Kits4Kids drive by our chapter of the National Honor Society. This is a collaborative effort between our students and those at the American International School of Mozambique to raise money and donations for the victims of Cyclone Idai. Please help! ISSEA! We are now entering our last ISSEA session for the year. Next week our scholars will participate in four different ISSEA events! Our girls and boys football teams are going for the gold in Kenya, our tennis players will be in Uganda, our STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) team is off to Tanzania, and our golf team is off to South Africa. You can follow these events at www.isseafrica.com. Go Leopards!
