What I am excited about this week…
  • Yearbook! Our annual student-created yearbook will be distributed next week and it looks great. As you review it, please pause to consider the work that went into this. Ten students, working with Ms. Frederick and Mr. Potts, spent all year planning, designing, and creating this yearbook as an after-school activity. They sorted through 482.56 Gigabytes of data and 62,828 photos to select the 3,465 images that appear in the yearbook. Thank you to the yearbook team for their hard work: Ryan, Nir, Alissa, Scout, Haley, Shalizeh, Harry, Lena, and Zenani. Special thanks to Jesse, Grade 12, who showed a very high level of dedication in his role as Creative Director, especially as the deadline loomed. Don’t forget that all the pictures from the yearbook and all the ones that could not fit can be viewed electronically by scanning the QR code on page 2.
  • Last Day of School for Students – 14 June - Noon Dismissal! This year has flown by. We will end the year with our final farewell assembly from 11:30-12:00 on 14 June. Students will be dismissed at noon to begin their well-deserved holiday. Classes will resume on 8 August.
