Grade 2 Workshare
Thank you to all of our Grade 2 parents who came to support the students’ workshare last Friday. There was a wonderful turnout. Your positive energy and support for your child’s learning was very inspirational for them and made them feel very proud to share their projects.
Semester 1 Report Cards
This is just a reminder that the Semester 1 report cards were sent to all families via Managebac this past Monday. We hope everyone has received the report. If you have questions or need any clarifications on the grades and/or comments, please see the teacher of that subject area directly. If you need any assistance with accessing your child’s report on Managebac, please see Leverne Hinze in the Primary Office. She will be very happy to assist you.
100th Day of School Celebration
Your input matters
In our continued efforts to refine our practices, the AISL Primary School would like parent
feedback on Home Learning and how their child’s progress is shared. For the purpose of this survey, Home Learning is any task set by your child's homeroom teacher to further their understanding of school related areas. Please complete the survey with the link here, by Friday, February 10th.
Thank you so much for your participation and feedback to support student learning at AISL.
Support for ‘Every Orphan's Hope’ On Friday, 20 January, there was Classic Movie day for Primary students organised by the Every Orphan's Hope Community Service Day team. The movie was free, based solely on donations and the sale of food. Every Orphan's Hope raised 823 Kwacha. On that note, Every Orphan's Hope says a big Thank You to everyone who helped to make this day a success. Thank you for supporting this initiative from some of our Secondary students.
The Leopard's Tale is our main medium to keep our families informed on such things as the day to day happenings on campus, after school activities, summaries of any arts and sports events, helpful resources, and important dates and reminders.
