Below are the nannies that attended the first Training Course: Blood DriveI invite everyone to come and support our blood drive here at AIS on 7 December, Friday, from 09:00 – 15:00 in the Health Office. Give blood, give love! Give the gift of life! Head Lice PreventionThis is just a reminder to regularly check your child(ren) for head lice. If a case is caught early enough, the life cycle of the louse can be interrupted. No further eggs will be laid and a case can be eradicated in just a few days. Just know that with school-aged children, this is VERY common. You can effectively get rid of lice with proper treatment. If you want to prevent lice naturally, try using shampoo that contains coconut oil and olive oil. They have fatty acids that break down the exoskeletons of the lice and kill them. You can also try shampoos and conditioners that contain tea tree oil, menthol or eucalyptus oil, lavender oil, and rosemary oil. They don’t like the smell and are less likely to stick around.
