ISSEA 2 Update:
In what has been a challenging season for our AISL ISSEA 2 student-athletes, they once again did AISL proud, representing the school with pride and its community with gritty determination. The ISSEA family of schools were delighted not only that AISL turned up but they acquitted themselves on the courts, pool and field of play to make the competition such a memorable event. Swimming @AISJ: The AISL Girls took 4th place & the Boys took 5th place. Both AISL girls & boys teams won the Spirit of ISSEA awards! Special mention to Giuliano who set new ISSEA records in both the 800 & 400 M Freestyle. Basketball @ IST: AISL Boys 8th and Girls 7th. ISSEA All Star Tournament Team: Cleo & Sarah and Racco & Kevin. Rugby @ ISU: The AISL Barbarians took 5th place. All Star Tournament Team: Cameron. Special thanks to the teachers/coaches, Ms. Mulenga, Mr. McNeill-Martinez, Coach Sims, Coach Sylvester, Coac Ian, Coach Muzeya, Ms. Christine, Mr. Mee, Mr. Lieschke and Coach Mitch who equally made these events possible. Next up: ISSEA 2A: Band & Choir @ ISU, Uganda and Drama & Visual Art @ ISK: 21-25 February The CCAs 3: As we prepare for the re-start of school, CCA 3s are in place and raring to go on February 12th. Primary Parents: we have 2 new Private activities on offer this quarter. Please check the Private Providers list and contact them directly if interested. ISAZ: Conversations are ongoing with our local schools as we look to reschedule our collective sporting calendars.
