Last week I gave a presentation on the importance of sleep for not only our students, but for all of us. That presentation can be found here. We often overlook the importance of sleep on our overall wellness, and for our students, how it affects their performance. Some may even take great pride in sacrificing their sleep for more studies or work. However, with new technology, we have learned that sacrificing sleep for better performance is absurd.
