On Tuesday, 23 January, at 7:30 in the Protea Room, we will be hosting a PYP Parent Information Session focusing on how we support and share student learning in the PYP through assessment and reporting. Integral to students' learning is understanding where they are now and their next steps. To support this understanding, data collection through formal and informal assessments is essential to all teaching and learning in the PYP. Learn how we gather evidence of student learning and use that data to inform instruction in the classroom. Tony Potts, the Primary Assistant Principal for Technology and Innovation, and Christine Kelly, the Primary Assistant Principal for Teaching and Learning, will jointly be leading this session. If you have specific questions that you wish to have addressed during the session related to the topic, please email Christine Kelly at [email protected] by Friday, 19 January. We look forward to seeing you there.
