Today, the Secondary hosted the annual Community and Service Day (CSD) assembly. CSDs are an integral part of our school identity and how we fit into the local community. Six days during the school year are dedicated towards CSD. During these days, 21 different groups, led by student leaders under the guidance of teaching faculty, extend service and goodwill into the local and school community. This morning, the student body was introduced to each group through the 2017-18 end of year video and given a brief intro into for each group. This was followed up by the CSD fair where students met with the student leaders for each group, asked questions, and learned more details about the goals and activities of each group. Next week students will be ask to select which group they would like to join for the year. For a great introduction to CSD, please see the end of the year video created by Maddie Barr.
