This week's parent resource come from The Telegraph. This article discusses the link between regular bedtimes and decreased obesity in children. This is yet another in a long list of reasons why it is essential for students (and parents) to get enough sleep. Our students should be shooting for 9 to 10 hours each night. One might argue that sleep should be sacrificed to study or complete school work. However, that could be wholly unproductive. This video may get you to think differently about the sleep vs. study argument.
